Hawaiian Holiday with Dick Vitale to Benefit Cancer Research
Lou Holtz, Chris Berman, Nick Bollettieri, and other sports celebs host one-of-a-kind getaway to benefit The V Foundation
Join host Dick Vitale, along with Nick Bollettieri, Lou Holtz, Chris Berman, and other celebrated ESPN personalities for five days of sports, sunshine, and special events on one of the most beautiful islands in the world—Maui. Even better? Five hundred dollars of each fare will be directed to The V Foundation for Cancer Research.
“This trip offers guests the opportunity to spend time with legendary coaches, players and sports analysts,” says Malaka Hilton, owner and president of AuthentEscapes. The program kicks off at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea on Wednesday July 28, 2010, with a Q&A and welcome reception with sports personalities, and concludes on Sunday, August 1, with a star-studded luau prepared by Hawaiian fusion chef Roy Yamaguchi of Roy’s Restaurants.
Over the course of the trip, guests will have the opportunity to join celebrated sports personalities and players for championship golf and tennis. “It’s not just a vacation,” says Hilton. “For serious sports fans, this trip is a dream come true!”
“Fun in the sun, playing golf and tennis, hitting the beach, and helping The V Foundation battle cancer—sounds like a perfect vacation to me,” says Vitale. “The Four Seasons Resort in Maui puts the ‘awe’ in awesome, baby!”
