Larry Woodard is a highly regarded advertising industry executive, writer and public speaker with over 26 years of agency experience. He is Principal of Graham Stanley Advertising, a firm he founded in 2010.
Woodard has created advertising for a long list of clients, including General Motors, Motorola, Heineken, Sprint, Western Union, GlaxoSmithKline, Kodak and Mars. He is a two-time winner of the O’Toole Award for Advertising Agency of the Year, won a Gold Effie and won the industry’s most prestigious award, the Cannes Gold Lion.
He has published material in industry trade publications like BRANDWEEK. He is also the co-author of Inside The Minds: Advertising as a Branding Tool. Woodard is a weekly columnist for ABC News and has been an on-air commentator for ABC News on advertising and marketing issues. He has appeared on Good Morning America, World News Tonight and Nightline.
He has served as Chair of the New York Council of The American Association of Advertising Agencies and Director of Advertising Week. He also has served on boards including the YMCA, the Spanish Action League and the Board of Visitors for Syracuse University’s David B. Faulk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. He is a Director for International Speedway Corporation (ISC).
