Ahead of the first game of the Stanley Cup Finals, NHL commissioner Gary Bettman, NHL Players’ Association Executive Director Marty Walsh and V Foundation CEO Shane Jacobson announced the HFC fundraising total for the 23-24 season at the press conference. During the game, HFC partner AstraZeneca presented the V Foundation with a $500,000 donation through their Hat Trick Challenge, donating to cancer research for every hat trick scored this season.
