Live Like Madison was established to honor the life and legacy of Madison Fedak, whose courage, kindness, and determination continue to inspire efforts to improve outcomes for children facing cancer. Following Madison’s battle with osteosarcoma, the organization was founded with a mission to raise awareness and support research that can bring new treatment options and hope to children and families affected by pediatric cancer.
Live Like Madison partnered with the V Foundation for Cancer Research in 2025 to support innovative research focused on pediatric osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer that disproportionately affects children, adolescents, and young adults. Together, Live Like Madison and the V Foundation are advancing critical pediatric cancer research, supporting scientists pursuing bold ideas, and working toward a future where every child diagnosed with cancer has access to more effective and less toxic treatments.
