Robert P. Wayman is the former Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Hewlett-Packard Company, as well as a member of the Hewlett-Packard Company Board of Directors.
Wayman joined the Hewlett-Packard Company in 1969. He became Chief Financial Officer of the company in 1984 and has been on the board since 2005. He was also interim Chief Executive Officer after Carly Fiorina stepped down in 2005 and served until Mark Hurd assumed the position.
Wayman currently serves as Director for CareFusion Corporation, Affymetrix, Inc. and Textura Corporation.
