Robert Kestenbaum is an insurance executive with more than 45 years of industry experience. Robert is currently the Regional President for IMA Financial Corp., a national insurance broker and advisory firm. He joined the company in 2022 when IMA acquired York International Agency, a top 100 insurance agency based in Harrison, NY, where he served as the CEO.
Before joining York in 1997, Robert was Managing Director at Alexander & Alexander (now AON) serving in various leadership positions that included heading the Connecticut, New Jersey, and Long Island offices.
Robert is a Board Member of IMA Financial Corp., the Boys & Girls Club of Mt Vernon, the Foundation Board of White Plains Hospital, the Advisory Board of LRE Realty Management, and The V Foundation for Cancer Research’s NYC Boo-Yah event committee.
Robert lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife Helen. They also have a house in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Robert and Helen have two adult children, Dan (29) and Curtis (27).
Robert graduated from American University with a BS in Finance.
