Julie brings over 20 years of venture experience as both an investor and operator. She has a strong background of early investments in SaaS, Internet infrastructure and B2B companies that use data and intelligence to reinvent industries – and a long history of accelerating value by connecting start-ups to an extensive network of corporate partners, follow-on investors, academic talent, and resources across technology, media and sports.
As one of the first female VCs in technology, Julie has decades of experience looking outside of Silicon Valley to invest in diverse teams and emerging tech hubs. She previously founded Constantin Partners, a seed stage investment fund, and served as Director of the Internet Initiative for PFI, a telecommunications start-up which built fiber optic networks in 14 cities.
